Jim R. Benfer Jr.

Jim R. Benfer Jr. is responsible for all client services, strategic alliances, research and marketing activities conducted by MaxFrame. Mr. Benfer co-founded and became Chairman/CEO of Marina Pacifica Corporation in 1979 and became chairman of MaxFrame Corporation in 1999. He earned B.A. degrees in both Communications and Political Science at the University of California, Los Angeles (1972-76). Mr. Benfer was President of the Political Science Honor Society and became a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
