and information systems consulting company with expertise in computer operating
systems, databases, and communications. The company services clients at their
locations through its President, Bruce A. Sailors, and handles research and
administration at its offices in the South Bay and Palm Desert for a variety
of clients. MaxFrame provides consulting services in automation, business
management, Web Site design, Web Site Registration, and Web Hosting Services.
The company was incorporated in February 1999 and focuses on consulting services
with expertise in automation, PC operating systems, communications, database

Jim R. Benfer Jr., Chairman/CEO Jim R. Benfer Jr. is responsible for all client services, strategic alliances, research and marketing activities conducted by MaxFrame. Mr. Benfer co-founded and became Chairman/CEO of Marina Pacifica Corporation in 1979 and became chairman of MaxFrame Corporation in 1999. He earned B.A. degrees in both Communications and Political Science at the University of California, Los Angeles (1972-76). Mr. Benfer was President of the Political Science Honor Society and became a member of Phi Beta Kappa. (More)

Bruce A. Sailors, President
Bruce A. Sailors is responsible
for all communications and automated operations activities. Mr. Sailors was
one of the original founders of MaxFrame in 1999, after having served since
1988 as President of its predecessor, Marina Pacifica Corporation. Mr.
Sailors has decades of experience providing engineering and management in
both the computer and aerospace industries. He was employed by Eaton
Controls, Fairchild Controls, TRW, Wangco (Perkin Elmer Data Systems), Kennedy
Company (a subsidiary of Shugart Corporation), and Ampex Corporation. Mr.
Sailors has an extensive background in computer hardware, software, and systems,
with major emphasis on manufacturing and business automation.

Tim D. Benfer, Director
Tim Benfer is a Director and
National Account Manager of AllRisk.US and an expert in the field of warranty
expense analysis and service operations as well as warranty and service contract
program administration. He worked for many years at General Warranty in the
1980s when it was among the largest in its field of extended automotive warranty
and service contracts. More recently, Mr. Benfer, was a Senior Auditor at
Toyota Motors Sales, USA, Inc. in Torrance, CA for a number of years where
he handled national dealership warranty expense control reviews and audits.
Now as a consultant with AllRisk.US, Mr. Benfer's expertise includes designing
a program for the aircraft industry and serving a number of AllRisk
clients.

Timothy C. Mielcarek, Director
Tim Mielcarek is a Director of
the AllRisk.US division of MaxFrame Corporation and has superior expertise
in structuring extended service contract and warranty programs and has worked
for a number of prominent companies in this regard. Mr. Mielcarek served
at General Warranty during the 1980s and then for Risk Management Resource
Ltd. in Malibu, California during the 1990s. Today, Mr. Mielcarek serves
as a independent consultant for Balboa Insurance Company in Irvine, California
and is an expert consultant available through AllRisk. Automotive and
Home warranty service contracts are Mr. Mielcarek's specialty and he has
designed a number of successful programs for a variety of clients.
